• Visible flaws
Because vintage items may show signs of wear due to age, small imperfections are normal and do not constitute grounds for a refund.

3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in euros (€).
Payment must be completed at checkout for the order to be processed.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
4. SHIPPING
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
• Delays caused by the carrier
• Lost, stolen, or uncollected parcels
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Because all items are unique and vintage:
• We do not accept returns for sizing issues, change of mind, or fit.
• Exclusive creations are also non-returnable and non-refundable.
Exceptions apply only when:
• The item received is significantly different from the description
• A major flaw was not disclosed
• The wrong item was sent
Customers must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order.

6. ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.
If you made an error, contact us immediately — we will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee cancellation.
7. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS
We are not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.
8. LIABILITY
We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions to fabrics
• Misuse or improper care of garments
All vintage pieces should be handled with care.
